When we first engaged Paul Humphreys for nearly 20 years ago he took the time to understand our business so that we would achieve what we needed to achieve with the right cover and at the lowest cost. Over this period we have increased our turnover significantly and now sell to 34 countries. During this expansion into new counties Paul has always been there to advise and obtain the maximum available limits, many of which our competitors/partners are unable to obtain. Where we have had to make claims on our cover Paul has been there to handle the claims on our behalf removing this burden from our credit control team. Although we have been with Paul for so many years the support that we receive when needed has continued to be excellent throughout our relationship. We will continue to work closely with Paul and look forward to an even longer working relationship.
